Dindigul Centre

UNNATI program is bringing a social transformation in society by equipping underprivileged youth and providing them with employment.

The Dindigul Centre of Unnati was established in August 2020 and it has successfully trained 210 youths till March 2023. This Centre is supported by OMEGA.

UNNATI Program

UNNATI with its tagline Learn | Earn | Stand tall focuses on:-

  • Vocational training and social transformation program for the underprivileged and unemployed youth in the age group of 18-25 years
  • 300 hours of training covering areas such as spoken English language skills, life skills, values, basic computer knowledge, and vocational training based on educational qualification
  • Guaranteed job placement with social security for all students in various corporates
  • Inclusive growth by empowering families below the poverty line

  • One month program (100 Hrs)

  • Over 30K+ students trained

SUGAM Program

SUGAM is a grassroots entrepreneurship accelerator working to bridge the rural-urban economic divide by helping non-urban youth to develop scalable, replicable and locally impactful businesses.

With SUGAM a youth aspiring to be an Entrepreneur can conceive, design, launch, grow and sustain a startup venture and be supported to succeed and join the core commercial ecosystem.

Our focus is on relevant ideas in key growth sectors like agriculture, healthcare, energy and supporting youth through learning & development, mentoring and funding.

Power of Positive Attitude 

During the "Power of Positive Attitude" activity led by ChangeMaker Sakthi in Batch No. 29 at the Dindigul Centre, participants developed a positive outlook. This enhanced their self-respect, love, confidence, and inner strength, empowering them to embrace new challenges and overcome self-limiting beliefs.

Making Positive Impression 

During the "Making Positive Impression" activity led by ChangeMaker Sakthi in Batch No. 28 at the Dindigul Centre, participants learned that conveying friendliness, competence, and trustworthiness in their first impression made others comfortable around them. This increased the likelihood of being seen as a friend, leading to greater openness from others. Additionally, it enhanced memorability and the likelihood of recommendations.

Goal Setting and Achieving Goals 

During the "Goal Setting and Achieving Goals" activity led by ChangeMaker Sakthi in Batch No. 28 at the Dindigul Centre, participants learned to identify desired outcomes, develop action plans, and stay focused, accountable, and track progress towards their goals.
