"Udhyogam is a dedicated placement portal owned and developed by Unnati, exclusively designed for students who have successfully completed the UNXT program and their graduation or diploma. The platform facilitates connections between these students and PAN India recruiters, enabling recruiters to post job opportunities directly on the portal. UNXT students can then apply for these positions, while recruiters have the ability to filter candidates, schedule interviews, and select individuals who best match their specific job requirements. This streamlined process ensures a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both students and employers."
Swayam is a free online personality assessment offered to every youth registered under the UNXT program. The assessment consists of 30 simple questions and generates a 6-page personalized SWOT analysis report.
This report helps participants gain deeper self-awareness by identifying their personality traits, strengths, areas for improvement, and potential career opportunities. Participants can use the personalized resources provided in the report to develop themselves and build their personality, to excel in life and in interviews.
Participants also have the option to share their report with recruiters via Udhyogam, enhancing their chances of being noticed by the right employers
