SGBS UNNATI Foundation is a company registered with the Registrar of Companies under Section 8 of the Companies Act as a not-for-profit organization involved in charitable activities in the area of skilling, poverty, alleviation, women empowerment, employment, training, and re-training.

Operations of UNNATI Foundation:

UNNATI Foundation is administered by a Board of Directors. Directorship is purely honorary and the directors don’t take any remuneration or even reimbursements. Directors meet on a quarterly basis. All decisions are taken by the Board during the meetings. The operations of the UNNATI Foundation are audited regularly to meet the stringent requirements stipulated by the Government of India.
