Skill Development Officer (English & Lifeskills)

Reporting Manager Title: Center Manager / General Manager Operations

Number of Direct Reportees: None

Job Responsibilities:

  • Impart high quality training in alignment with the course structure and content.
  • Maintain punctuality and discipline in class.
  • Identify less competent participants and early redressal / counselling.
  • Anchor the Assembly (record, upload, report & update to HO).
  • SPOC for English and Life skills training at the center.
  • Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
  • Participate and facilitate all the mobilization and Outreach drives as a team member.
  • Coordinate placements with Placement Manager.
  • Support local PR and involve in volunteer engagement
  • Help in timely resolution of Infrastructure issues, in coordination with the Project Officer.
  • Active Social Media participation.
  • Conversation with alumni at 90, 180 & 365 day intervals and developing meaningful relationships
  • Stimulate Alumni referrals by communication with existing students & alumni

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Fresher (with/without) experience; but with interest in training.
  • Basic Computer knowledge - MS Office, Social Media users preferred
  • Fluent in communication in English.

Skill Development Officer (Tally & Computer)

Reporting Manager Title: General Manager Operations

Job Purpose: To deliver high quality training & counselling to program participants, participate in outreach / student mobilisation activities & be responsible for some centre management activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Impart High quality training in alignment with the course structure and content.
  • Ensure class punctuality and discipline among the Youth.
  • Be well prepared for Sessions - Identification of less competent participants and early redressal / counselling.
  • Take charge as Assembly anchor (recording, reporting, uploading, report & updates to centre).
  • SPOC & Coordinator for all Computer and Tally related queries.
  • Efficient Expense management, reporting & Cash administration.
  • SPOC for all Infrastructure and System related issues. Ensure timely resolution of all Network Issues in coordination with the Projects Officers.
  • Ensure Active Social Media participation by all.
  • Initiate conversation with alumni at 90, 180 & 365 day intervals and developing meaningful relationships. Stimulate Alumni referrals by communication with existing students & alumni
  • Effectively coordinate placement with Placement Manager.
  • Active Participation in mobilization drive.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate - B Com preferred
  • Fresher or Experienced(with or without training experience); but should be interest in training
  • Latest Tally certification

Outreach Development Officer

Reporting Manager Title: Outreach Head

Number of Direct Reportees: None

Job Purpose:
To conduct planned PR and student mobilisation activities and ensure capacity utilization at the centre. Participate in the skill development efforts at the centre.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, plan and implement mobilization drives at centre
  • Develop and grow relationships with local sources of participants
  • Energize & encourage participation from other members at the centre for field visits, follow ups, meetings, etc.
  • Co-ordinate placement activities with the Placement Head in HQ
  • Manage the stock and usage of publicity material in the centre
  • Timely reporting of outreach activities in the centre - photographs, banners, actual event supporting docs
  • At least 8-10 hours of training per week - Assembly, life skills or values
  • Mandatory participation in Assembly during course duration
  • Alumni Whatsapp group with SDO inclusions & create and maintain an alumni database
  • Conducting parent meetings in the centre: 25th - 30th day Candidate Requirements
  • Qualifications: Graduate: BSW / MSW preferred
  • Experience of Microfinance / Sales will be preferred
  • Ability to speak confidently in local language & English
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • 2 wheeler availability preferred
